Barbara Galindo has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at SWBC since November 2009, following a progression from Manager to Director and then Assistant Vice President in the same company. Prior to SWBC, Barbara worked at USAA as an Employee Relations and Staffing Advisor from January 2004 to May 2009, and held the position of Director of Human Resources at Orbis Online Inc. from 2001 to 2004. Earlier in the career, Barbara was the Senior Manager of Human Resources at Qwest Communications (now CenturyLink) from 1992 to 2001. Barbara holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Human Resources from St. Mary's University.
