Bob Hall

Bob Hall is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical operations and telephony management. Currently serving as Telephony Administration Manager at SWBC since July 2023, Bob has held significant leadership roles at various organizations, including Principal Technical Operations Manager at TTEC Digital and Partner Services Director at Genesys. With a career spanning over two decades, Bob has also contributed as Service Delivery Manager and Indiana Help Desk Supervisor at Bell Techlogix, as well as in roles at Market Source/Hewlett Packard, Compumage, ITS, Inc., and Sweetwater Sound. Bob holds a BA in Music from California State University, Chico, and an A.A. from College of the Redwoods.
