Kiersten Florence

Kiersten Florence is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in various roles. Most recently, Kiersten served as a Caterpillar Corporate Commercial Intern at Caterpillar Inc. from May 2024 to August 2024 and is currently a Sales Executive at SWBC since December 2024. Prior to this, Kiersten worked at Target as a Guest Services Specialist from July 2019 to October 2023, where responsibilities included enhancing the guest shopping experience. Kiersten also demonstrated leadership at Texas State University, holding positions such as Student Body Vice President, Student Body President, and Director of the Student Safety Escort Program from April 2022 to April 2023. Additionally, Kiersten gained experience as a Student Assistant to the Chief of Police and as a Human Resources Intern at McCoy Corporation. Academic achievements include a Bachelor of Business Administration with a double major in Management and Marketing from Texas State University, graduating magna cum laude, and currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Baylor University.
