Sophie Clarke is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in shareholder services and tax compliance. Currently serving as VP and Tax Director at SWBC since February 2019, Sophie has progressed through various roles, including Tax Manager. Prior experience includes positions at Calvetti Ferguson as a Sr. Tax Associate and as a Senior Tax Accountant back at SWBC. Sophie has also contributed to organizations such as Boysville, Inc., California Youth Connection, and Liberty Tax Service, where responsibilities spanned tax preparation and management. Educational credentials include an MBA from West Texas A&M University and a Master's in Accounting from the University of the Incarnate Word, complemented by a BBA in Accounting from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
