Thomas Kustelski is the Vice President of Corporate Compliance for P&C Products and Services at SWBC, a position held since 2024. Previously, Thomas worked at Amentum as the NFIP Bureau & Statistical Agent Region VI Manager from 2013 to 2024, and at URS Corp as the NFIP Bureau & Statistical Agent Regions I, II, III & VII Manager from 2010 to 2013. Earlier in their career, Thomas coordinated the Flood Program at USAA from 2000 to 2010. They are currently pursuing a degree in Management/Economics at Our Lady of the Lake University.
