Alison Holmes

Alison Holmes has a solid work experience in the environmental consulting and geological field. Alison started their career in 2001 at Coler and Colatonio as a Geologist, where they worked until October 2002. In September 2002, they joined New England Environmental, Inc. as a Project Geologist for almost 14 years, until April 2016. Since June 2023, they have been working at SWCA Environmental Consultants as a Lead Environmental Scientist and also holds the positions of Project Environmental Scientist, LSP, and CESSWI.

Alison Holmes obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from UMass Amherst, where they studied from 1997 to 2001. In addition to their degree, Alison has obtained the Certified Erosion, Sediment and Storm Water Inspector (CESSWI) certification from EnviroCert International, Inc. in March 2022. Alison also holds a License Site Professional certification from the State of Massachusetts, obtained in July 2019.
