Anitra Sapula has a diverse background in environmental and cultural resource management. Anitra has held various roles throughout their career, starting in 2009 as a Field and Laboratory Technician at The Desert Research Institute. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as a Laboratory Manager at Western Cultural Resource Management, Inc. Anitra then joined Kautz Environmental Consultants, Inc. in 2015 as a Laboratory Manager/Graphic Artist, where they gained extensive research experience and knowledge in cultural resource management. In their most recent position at SWCA Environmental Consultants, Anitra serves as an Assistant Project Manager, contributing their skills and expertise to ongoing projects.

Anitra Sapula's education history begins in 2001 when they attended the University of Connecticut and pursued a degree in Human Development and Family Studies. Anitra completed their undergraduate studies in 2005. In 2008, Anitra enrolled at the University of Bradford and obtained a Master of Science degree in Forensic Archaeology, which they completed in 2010. In 2015, Anitra attended Truckee Meadows Community College, focusing on Graphic Communications. Anitra studied at the college for two years, graduating in 2017. Furthermore, Anitra returned to Truckee Meadows Community College in 2015 to further their studies in Graphic Communications. The completion status of this program is unknown.
