Ben Gaddis is an accomplished environmental planner with extensive experience in both government and consulting roles. Currently serving as Principal Environmental Planner at SWCA Environmental Consultants since August 2025, Ben previously held various leadership positions at the Bureau of Land Management from September 2019 to August 2025, including Branch Chief and acting roles in field management and state direction. With a strong background in NEPA documentation, resource management, and environmental impact analysis, Ben's career also includes founding Gaddis Consulting, LLC, and managing significant environmental projects at SWCA. Educational qualifications include a Master of Environmental Management and a Master of Arts in Teaching from Duke University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Willamette University.
