Brian Dugas

Brian Dugas is an experienced environmental professional currently serving as the Principal Natural Resources Team Lead at SWCA Environmental Consultants since January 2023. Prior to this role, Brian held the position of Principal Biologist at Terra Verde Environmental Consulting from September 2011 to January 2023. Brian's career also includes significant contributions as a Senior Project Manager at Padre Associates, Inc. from 1998 to 2011 and as a Resource Planner at Morro Group from 1996 to 1998. Brian holds a Bachelor's degree in Natural Resources Management and a Master's degree in General Agriculture with a focus on Fisheries and Wildlife Management, both from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
