Daniel Herrick

Daniel Herrick is an experienced architectural historian and preservation planner, currently serving as the Principal Architectural History Team Lead for the West Region at SWCA Environmental Consultants since March 2022. Herrick has held multiple roles in the field, including Senior Preservation Planner at PaleoWest and various positions at Architectural Resources Group, Stantec, and Page & Turnbull. Herrick's early career includes a preservation internship at Hollywood Heritage Inc. and participation as a HABS Team Member in surveying the Eames House with the Eames Foundation and Getty Conservation Institute. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Heritage Conservation from the University of Southern California and dual Bachelor's degrees in History from the University of Calgary and Mount Allison University.
