Dave Briglio

Dave Briglio is a Vice President of Engineering at SWCA Environmental Consultants, bringing 35 years of experience in civil engineering, particularly in stormwater, floodplain, and watershed projects. They previously served as Chief Engineer at Whitney Bailey Cox & Magnani, LLC, and expanded services at Jordan, Jones & Goulding as a Senior Water Resources Engineer. With a strong commitment to youth sports, Dave has held numerous coaching and leadership roles, including President of Towson Recreation Council and Girls’ Commissioner for Kelly Post Girls Lacrosse. Dave holds a BS in Engineering from the University of Illinois and an MS in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
