David Fetter has extensive work experience in various roles related to water resources and environmental consulting. David started their career in 1995 as a Snowmaker at Breckenridge Ski Area, and in 1999, they also worked as a Seasonal Caretaker at Dillon Dam for Denver Water. In 2003, they became a Field Research Assistant at Colorado State University. In 2005, they joined Wyoming State Engineers as a Water Resources Specialist, and in 2008, they moved to AECOM, where they continued working as a Water Resources Specialist until 2017. Currently, they are a Project Manager at SWCA Environmental Consultants, a position they have held since 2018.
David Fetter attended Colorado State University from 2001 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Watershed Science.
