Eleanor Gladding has extensive experience in ecological research and environmental compliance. Eleanor has worked as a Senior Biologist and Project Manager at SWCA Environmental Consultants since September 2000, specializing in endangered species habitat studies, revegetation planning, species-specific surveys, noxious weed issues, and wildlife-habitat relationships. Additionally, they have held the role of Natural Resources Lead in the Tucson office. Prior to this, Eleanor worked as a Biological Laboratory Technician at the USDA Western Cotton Research Laboratory from May 2000 to September 2000.

Eleanor Gladding completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Berry College, where they studied from 1990 to 1994. Eleanor then pursued higher education at the University of Central Florida from 1996 to 1998, earning a Master of Science degree in Biology.
