Hailey Booth has a diverse work experience in the field of environmental consulting and wildlife conservation. Hailey has been working at SWCA Environmental Consultants since 2020, starting as a Staff Biologist and progressing to Assistant Project Biologist, Associate Project Biologist, and currently, Project Biologist. Prior to this, Hailey worked at Southwest Conservation Corps as a Terrestrial Assessment, Inventory, and Monitoring (AIM) Crew Lead from 2018 to 2020. Hailey also gained experience as a Wilderness Ranger at New Mexico Wilderness Alliance from 2017 to 2018. Additionally, Hailey worked at the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR) as both a Recreational Safety Warden Assistant and Natural Resources Customer Service Representative in 2017. Hailey also held positions as a Pond & Lake Technician at Lakeland Biologists in 2016 and as an Animal Care Intern at WILDLIFE IN NEED CENTER LTD in 2015. Before entering the environmental field, Hailey worked as a Customer Service Assistant and Fulfillment Specialist at OneTouchPoint - Midwest from 2009 to 2015. Hailey also gained experience as a Grooming Assistant at Petco from 2013 to 2014.

Hailey Booth completed their Bachelor's Degree in Biology/Biological Sciences, General at the University of Wisconsin-Parkside from 2012 to 2016. Later, in 2018-2019, they pursued a Continuing Education Certificate in Geographic Information Science and Cartography at The University of New Mexico. In addition to their formal education, they hold certifications in Wilderness/Remote Location First Aid from Desert Mountain Medicine, acquired in May 2019. Furthermore, Hailey also obtained a certification in Mosquito and Aquatic Pesticide Application, though specific details regarding the institution and date are not provided.
