Janet Guinn is a seasoned professional in environmental planning and project management with significant experience in NEPA-related projects. Currently serving as the Senior Planning Team Lead and Senior Environmental Planner at SWCA Environmental Consultants since July 2017, Janet specializes in public involvement and issues-based NEPA projects, including environmental impact statements (EIS) and assessments (EA) for interstate transmission lines, mining, and energy development. Prior experience includes serving as Project Manager at AECOM from May 2012 to June 2017, and holding the position of NEPA Specialist at SWCA Environmental Consultants from 2003 to 2012. Janet holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Anthropology from the University of Pittsburgh.
