Jeff Gutierrez is an experienced environmental planner and project manager currently serving as the Planning Director at SWCA Environmental Consultants. With over twelve years of experience in the civil engineering industry, they have specialized in NEPA analysis, land use planning, and environmental impact assessments, demonstrating a successful track record in managing complex projects under tight constraints. Jeff holds a Master's degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Colorado at Denver and previously worked at notable organizations including ICF, ERM, and Louis Berger.
