Jess Debusk

Jess DeBusk is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in environmental consulting and cultural resource management. Currently serving as a Senior Director at SWCA Environmental Consultants since October 2023, Jess previously held the position of Regional Principal at Chronicle Heritage, overseeing the financial performance of multiple offices in California. Prior experience includes Senior Program Manager at Rincon Consultants, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed operations management, technical studies, and business development. At Applied EarthWorks, Jess contributed as Secretary of the Board of Directors while also opening and managing a branch office in Pasadena. Earlier roles involved project management and leadership at SWCA Environmental Consultants, specializing in CEQA and NEPA compliance. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Sustainability from California State University, Long Beach, and a B.S. in Geology, Paleobiology from the University of Nevada, Reno.
