Jonathan Libbon

Jonathan Libbon is a cultural resource professional with over 17 years of experience, currently serving as a Principal Investigator at SWCA Environmental Consultants. They exceed the Secretary of Interior’s qualifications for an Archaeologist and Architectural Historian, with extensive expertise in Section 106 laws across various industries including energy infrastructure, transportation, and telecommunications. Jonathan has previously held positions as an Archaeologist at NV5 and a Senior Archaeologist at BL Companies. They earned a Master of Arts in Applied Archaeology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and are pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology at the University of Pittsburgh. Jonathan also holds leadership roles in several regional and national archaeological societies and preservation groups.
