Mandy Bengtson

Mandy Bengtson is a Principal Ecologist specializing in soils at SWCA Environmental Consultants, with experience dating back to 2002 across various institutions. Dr. Bengtson led a microbial ecology research lab at the University of Nevada Las Vegas, managing a team of 18 and conducting advanced analyses to aid in conservation efforts. Prior roles include advocacy for urban sustainability initiatives, research fellowships focused on ecological surveys, and volunteer work with the USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service.
