Michael Bever

Michael Bever is a seasoned professional in the field of cultural resources, currently serving as the Cultural Resources Technical Director at SWCA Environmental Consultants since September 2020. Previously held roles include Program Manager for Cultural Resources at Environmental Science Associates, Principal at InContext Cultural Resources and Geophysical Solutions, and Southern California Archaeology Manager at ICF. Michael's academic background includes a Ph.D. and an MA in Anthropology from Southern Methodist University, as well as a BA in Anthropology from the University of California, Davis. Additionally, Michael has held academic positions at the University of Nevada, Reno, and The University of Texas at Austin.
