Mike Gartman

Mike Gartman, PMP, is a Project Manager at SWCA Environmental Consultants since May 2019, with a robust background of 17 years in managing FERC regulated projects. Previously, Mike held project management roles at Ecology and Environment, Inc. from June 2017 to May 2019 and at Cardno from July 2014 to May 2017 as a Senior Consultant. Mike also served as Chief Project Manager at Ecology and Environment, Inc. from July 2001 to June 2014, specializing in Marcellus Shale areas and overseeing FERC 7C Applications, state approvals, T&E Species clearances, and federal permits. Early career experience includes the role of Environmental Specialist at HNTB from 2000 to 2001. Mike Gartman earned a Master of Science in Ecology from The University of Alabama, attending from 1998 to 2000.
