Randy Burger

Randy Burger has extensive work experience in finance and operations. Randy currently holds the position of Director of FP&A at SWCA Environmental Consultants since April 2021. Prior to that, Randy worked at SmartPractice from January 2012 to March 2021, where they held various roles including VP of Finance and Operations, Director of Finance, and Finance Manager. Randy was responsible for managing banking relationships, financial reporting, budgeting, expense control, acquisitions, divestitures, compliance, and coordination with key functions. Before joining SmartPractice, Randy worked at Motorola Semiconductor from 1994 to 2004 in roles such as Business Manager, Production and Document Control Manager, Manufacturing Expansion Team Member, and Manufacturing Operator/Lead.
