Rob Lackowicz is the Gulf Coast Disaster and Resilience Director at SWCA Environmental Consultants, where they utilize a team of environmental and cultural resource professionals to assist clients with disaster and resilience program needs. Rob holds a Master’s degree in Anthropology from Trent University and a Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from Memorial University of Newfoundland and Labrador.
