Tara Longwell

Tara Longwell has a diverse work experience in the environmental field. Tara started their career in 2005 as a Field Researcher at the University of California Santa Barbara. In 2006, they began working as a Habitat Restoration Specialist at the University of California Santa Barbara, where they stayed until 2016. During this time, they also served as the Deveruex Slough Monitoring Program Coordinator and Board Secretary at Shorelines and Watersheds from 2006 to 2010. In 2017, they joined SWCA Environmental Consultants as a Biologist, and they are currently employed in this role.

Tara Longwell pursued their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Aquatic Biology at UC Santa Barbara from 2003 to 2005.
