Tara Low is a Program Management Director with over eighteen years of experience in environmental consulting. They have assisted clients in permitting various energy projects, including offshore and onshore wind, solar, and pipelines, while managing teams conducting diverse studies. Tara is a trained visual resource specialist in the BLM’s Visual Resource Management System and has supported compliance for multiple federal agencies. Previously, they held leadership positions at ERM and AECOM and are currently with SWCA Environmental Consultants.
