Jessyca Leach

Jessyca Leach, M.S., serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Prisma Community Care, a mission-driven health center in Phoenix, AZ, since July 2020, previously holding the position of Executive Director. Jessyca is responsible for overseeing clinical programs, compliance, fundraising, and community partnerships. Prior to this role, Jessyca held the Chief Financial Officer position at Downtown Phoenix Inc., where full financial oversight of four nonprofit entities was provided. Additional experience includes the role of Accounting Manager at Phoenix Zoo, where improvements in financial reporting and cash flow processes were achieved, as well as serving as Regional Finance Director at Imagine Schools, overseeing financial operations for multiple campuses. Jessyca began a career in finance as a Senior Accountant at Honeywell Aerospace. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Accounting and Finance from Southern New Hampshire University and a Nonprofit Executive Leadership Certificate from Arizona State University.
