Mark Barriere has a diverse work experience in finance and corporate management. Mark started their career as an Accounting Manager at Nulco Manufacturing, where they handled various accounting functions. Mark then served as a Corporate Controller at Vishay Electro-Films before joining MB Quart Electronics as a Corporate Controller. Later, Rockford Corporation acquired MB Quart Electronics, and Mark became the Vice President of Finance, overseeing finance, planning, budgeting, and human resources. In 2017, they joined SWD Urethane as the Chief Financial Officer, responsible for all financial activities, strategic planning, and M&A. Mark also has military experience, serving as a Second Class Petty Officer in the United States Navy Reserve and Sergeant in the Army National Guard.
Mark Barriere completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the W. P. Carey School of Business - Arizona State University from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Technical Management (BSTM) degree with a concentration in Management/Accounting from DeVry University. In terms of certifications, Mark Barriere achieved the Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) designation from the AICPA in December 2014 and became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) through the Arizona Board of Accountancy in February 2014.
