Marc Ruelle

Marc Ruelle has extensive experience in the water and sanitation sector, currently serving as the Coordinator of the "investissements" sectoral platform at La Société wallonne des eaux since 1994. Ruelle has held various leadership positions, including Director of Investments, overseeing feasibility studies, investment needs planning, and project management in domains such as hydraulics, civil engineering, and energy transition. As Director of the Technical Pole, Ruelle managed departments focused on engineering, water quality, and supply chain logistics. Additional roles included directorships in water quality assessments and distribution operations across multiple communes. Ruelle's early career included project engineering at SETESCO SA, with a focus on civil engineering structures. Educational qualifications include multiple degrees in civil engineering and management from esteemed institutions such as Université libre de Bruxelles and Louvain School of Management.
