Eric Padilla has over 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Eric is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Project & Construction Services at Swearingen Realty Group, LLC since January 2020. Prior to this, they worked as the Senior Vice President of Project & Development Services at ESRP from November 2015 to January 2020. Before that, they held the position of Senior Vice President Project Management at Cresa Dallas from February 2014 to November 2015. Eric also worked as a Senior Project Manager at Mohr Partners for almost a decade from December 2005 to February 2014. Eric started their career as a Facilities Manager at MCI WorldCom and worked there from June 1995 to March 2004.
Eric Padilla attended The University of New Mexico, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Architectural and Building Sciences/Technology. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Albuquerque High School.
