Mark Marshall

Mark Marshall has extensive work experience in the construction industry, primarily in management roles. Mark most recently worked as the Senior Vice President at Swearingen Realty Group, LLC starting in April 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Construction and Design at Smile Brands Inc. from January 2018 to March 2023. Mark also worked as a Construction Manager at Adeptus Health from August 2014 to January 2018, and at LA Fitness from February 2012 to August 2014. Mark was a Construction Consultant at Bally Total Fitness from January 2011 to January 2012. Mark's earlier experience includes working as a Construction Manager at Derse from January 2009 to December 2010, and as the Director of Construction at 24 Hour Fitness from 1999 to 2008. Additionally, they held the role of Vice President of Construction at Homestead Village from August 1996 to August 1999, and worked as a Regional Construction Manager at Blockbuster Entertainment from September 1989 to August 1996.

Mark Marshall attended Baylor University - Hankamer School of Business from 1980 to 1982. Mark earned a BBA degree with a focus on Accounting/Finance during this time.
