Florian Sossau

Florian Sossau currently serves as the Head of Finance and Operations at SWEAT, a company focused on tokenizing physical activity through the $SWEAT token. Sossau co-founded and led Venderly, a SaaS startup specializing in AI-powered inventory forecasting, from January 2023 to January 2025. As the Founder and CEO of VLove and Wave, Sossau bootstrapped U.S. operations and developed a digital wealth management platform focused on sustainable investing, respectively. Prior to these roles, Sossau was an Executive Director at J.P. Morgan, where responsibilities included heading Strategic Derivatives & Risk Solutions in Germany and structuring financial strategies in various markets. Sossau holds a diploma in Mathematical Finance & Economics from the Technical University of Munich and completed the Fintech Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
