Kayla is a personal trainer and a co-founder of SWEAT.

Kayla gained her qualifications in 2008 and started her career as a personal trainer for women.

The Sweat with Kayla app launched in 2015 with Kayla's BBG program. Within a year of release, it reached #1 in the App Store in more than 142 countries.
