Maicd Adam Koch

Adam Koch, MAICD, has an extensive work experience spanning several companies. Adam is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Sweat, the world's largest digital gym, where they have been since March 2022. Prior to this role, Adam was the Chief Operating Officer of Sweat from October 2018 to March 2022.

Before joining Sweat, Adam served as the Chief Operating Officer of Discovery Parks Group, Australia's largest owner and operator of holiday and accommodation parks, from March 2017 to September 2018. Adam was responsible for ensuring operational excellence and exceeding customer expectations.

From December 2005 to February 2017, Adam held the position of Global Retail Director at Travelex, a global foreign exchange company. Adam had a significant role in overseeing the company's retail operations.

Adam's career began at Sanity, a national retail chain, where they worked as the National Retail Manager from March 1999 to December 2005.
