Minh Ha Pham

Minh Ha Pham is an experienced technology professional with extensive expertise in software engineering and infrastructure management. Currently serving as the Web Team Lead at Sweat since April 2022, Minh Ha Pham transitioned from being the first backend engineer to managing the maintenance of a complex codebase. Previously, as a Solutions Architect and Head of Site Reliability Engineering at Trusting Social from September 2013 to March 2022, Minh Ha Pham grew the Site Reliability Engineering team significantly while overseeing global infrastructure management across multiple data centers and cloud platforms. Additionally, Minh Ha Pham had roles as Lead Big Data Engineer and Full Stack Engineer within the same organization, contributing to the building of a large-scale data system and early development efforts. Earlier experience includes positions as an iOS Developer and Mobile Developer Intern at FPT Software, enhancing mobile application development and troubleshooting skills. Minh Ha Pham holds a Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering from FPT University, obtained in 2011.
