Joeri Schouten

Joeri Schouten is a co-founder of Sweav, a community of over 200 independent strategy and M&A consultants, aiming to reshape the Future of Work in high-end professional services globally. Prior to this, Joeri worked as an independent strategy consultant and interim manager, serving various clients, including Mars and Wavin, from June 2020 to April 2022. Joeri held multiple roles at SparkOptimus, a top management consultancy focused on digital growth, from February 2016 to May 2020, culminating as project manager responsible for end-to-end project delivery. Additionally, Joeri founded Expert in Excel, developing MS Excel and VBA applications for prominent clients such as ING and Unilever from February 2012 to December 2015. Early career experience includes a business development internship with De Heus LLC in Vietnam, focusing on growth opportunities in the ASEAN region. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Monetary Policy & Banking and a Bachelor of Science in Econometrics, both from the University of Amsterdam.
