Nicoleta McNelly

Nicoleta McNelly (MSc) has a strong background in civil engineering, with experience in project management, team leadership, and coordination roles. Nicoleta has worked at Sweco as a Team Manager, Lead Engineer, and Project Manager, handling various aspects of engineering projects. Nicoleta also has volunteer experience in leadership and coordination roles at organizations such as BEST. Nicoleta holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Universitatea Politehnica din Timişoara.
