Per Berglund

Per Berglund is a senior environmental project leader and group manager at Sweco, with extensive experience in environmental management and water operations. Since January 2015, Per has been involved in project management and coordination of permit processes in accordance with environmental regulations, specializing in water operations for over 20 years. Expertise includes environmental impact assessments, environmental quality standards for surface water, offshore wind energy, environmentally adapted hydropower, and solar parks. Prior to Sweco, Per held positions as a water operations officer at various regional authorities, including Länsstyrelsen Stockholm, Länsstyrelsen i Jönköpings län, and Länsstyrelsen Blekinge. Education includes a civil engineering degree in land surveying with an environmental technology focus from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and a high school diploma with a scientific program emphasizing environmental studies from Haraldsbogymnasiet.
