Gundel Lehes

Gundel Lehes has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Gundel started their career in 1999 as a Product Manager at Tallinna Kaubamaja AS. Gundel then moved on to Selver AS, where they worked as a Purchasing Manager, responsible for negotiations with vendors and contracts signing. Gundel continued their career at Rautakesko Oy as a Purchasing Manager before joining Selfdiagnostics as a Member of the Supervisory Board.

In 2011, Gundel Lehes joined Swedbank Estonia, where they held multiple roles. Gundel initially worked as a Loyalty Program Manager, overseeing the largest loyalty program in Estonia with active participation from Swedbank private customers. Gundel later transitioned to the role of Head of Vendor Relations, focusing on consumer finance solutions for private customers, including small loans and solar loans. Their responsibilities included introducing and negotiating with vendors, as well as managing and signing contracts.
