Kätlin Keinast

Kätlin Keinast serves as the Affluent Banking Area Manager at Swedbank Estonia since April 2022, focusing on value proposition development for affluent customers and implementing service quality management. Kätlin is the CEO and Owner of Little Monkeys, which provides property management services, and has held significant roles in international cooperation and marketing, including Head of International Cooperation at Tallinn University and Manager at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Kätlin has also contributed to the Baltic Chinese Association as Vice Chairman and has experience in process management at Eesti Telekom Ltd. Kätlin holds an MBA in Service Design and Management from the University of Tartu and a Master's in International Economics from the University of Helsinki.
