Olavi Lepp

Olavi Lepp has extensive experience in the banking sector, currently serving as CEO and Head of Risk at Swedbank Estonia since January 2018. Prior to this role, Olavi held various positions at Swedbank from January 2009 to January 2018, including COO of Group Lending & Payments, COO of Group Products, and Head of Product Lifecycle Management Division in the Group Payments and Cash Management Unit. Earlier career experience includes serving as Head of Payments & Cash Management product department at Hansabank from February 2000 to December 2008, where Olavi led product development for the Estonian market, and earlier as a Product Manager for payment products. Educational qualifications include an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Tartu and a short program from London Business School in 2010.
