Mats Lilja has a strong background in asset management and portfolio construction. Mats is currently the Head of Asset Allocation at Swedbank Robur since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Swedbank as the Head of Portfolio Construction from February 2018 to February 2022. Before joining Swedbank, Mats was the Head of Investment Offer and Asset Management at Swedbank Försäkring AB from March 2014 to February 2018. Mats also worked as a Kapitalförvaltare - Investment Center at Swedbank AB from August 2010 to February 2014. Earlier in their career, Mats held roles such as Portfolio Manager at meta asset management AB from October 2008 to July 2010, and various positions at Skandia Fonder including Portfolio Manager, Fund Analyst, and Portfolio Analyst from September 2000 to September 2008.
Mats Lilja began their education in 1997, attending Stockholm University. Mats completed their Master's degree in Economics in 2000. Later, in 2006, they pursued further education at the Stockholm School of Economics, where they obtained a CEFA/AFA degree in Economics.
