Olle Nideborn

Olle Nideborn is an experienced professional in organizational development and strategic execution with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Head of Organizational Development at Swedbank since September 2019, Nideborn previously held several significant leadership roles at Nordea from December 2010 to August 2019, including Head of Development Execution and Head of Value Chain Execution. Prior to Nordea, Nideborn worked as a Senior Consultant at BTS from 2005 to November 2010 and as a Project Leader and Account Manager at Academedia from 2001 to 2005. Nideborn holds a degree from the University of Gothenburg and has also pursued studies at Stockholm University.
