Raivis Daugavietis

Raivis Daugavietis is a seasoned professional in the field of software engineering and technical leadership, currently serving as a Technical Lead in Fraud Prevention at Swedbank since October 2017. In this role, Raivis ensures compliance with architectural frameworks, troubleshoots complex issues, provides technical guidance to engineers, and promotes the adoption of innovative technologies. Prior experience includes roles as a Software Engineer focusing on both Fraud Prevention and Anti-Money Laundering, where responsibilities included developing and maintaining fraud and AML platforms, analyzing business requirements, and mentoring colleagues. Earlier, Raivis worked as a System Analyst in Enterprise Data Warehouse and as a Migration Developer at Tele2 Shared Service Center, alongside a brief internship at Latvenergo. Raivis holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Rīgas Tehniskā universitāte.
