Vania Castagnino Ugolotti

Vania Castagnino Ugolotti is an experienced professional in the gaming and creative industries, currently serving as the Community & Event Manager at Sweden Game Arena since May 2023, while also contributing as a project assistant for the "All In Project." As a Creative Director for An Otter Team since January 2019, Vania has overseen various projects within the indie game studio. Vania co-founded FemDevs Peru in September 2018, showcasing a commitment to supporting women in game development. Vania's prior roles include Acquisition Scout at Kinda Brave, Event Coordinator at Sweden Game Arena, and Board Member for IGDA Peru. Vania's extensive background is further complemented by leadership experience as a Lead Animator for the game Arrog and project management at Hermanos Magia. Vania holds a Master’s degree in Serious Games from the University of Skövde and a Bachelor of Arts in Fine Arts from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
