Karolina Lilja is a seasoned HR and organizational development consultant with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior HR & Organizational Development Consultant and Business Area Manager for Outsourcing at Sweden HR Group since January 2019, Karolina specializes in tailoring flexible and modern HR solutions. Previous positions include HR Manager at Sanoma Utbildning and Sopra Steria, as well as HR Manager and HR Partner roles at Stanley Security Sverige AB, Niscayah AB, and GE Money Bank, bringing a comprehensive understanding of performance management, coaching, and employment law.
