Kerstin Thulin

Kerstin Thulin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic consulting and executive leadership within human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as the Chairman of the Board and Board Member for the Sweden Sri Lanka Business Council since March 2023, Kerstin also holds founding and leadership roles at Stiftelsen Ester and previously owned Thulin & Co AB, providing strategic consulting services from September 2011 to April 2023. Additional notable positions include Chairman of Ester i Skåne AB, Executive VP of People & Organisation at Telenor, and roles as CHRO at both Omantel and Axis Communications. Kerstin's formative professional background includes key HR positions at Telia Company and the World Maritime University.
