Andrew Barclay

Andrew Barclay has a diverse work experience starting from 2009. Andrew began their career at General Motors as a Maintenance Group Leader for a brief period. Andrew then moved on to SHM Marine International Inc, where they worked as a Marine/Mechanical Engineer, focusing on designing shipboard sewage systems and implementing new techniques and software. After that, they joined Trane Canada (West) as an HVAC Engineer, specializing in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. In 2018, Andrew joined Pixel Union Design as a Lead Developer, and in 2022, they transitioned to Fluorescent Design Inc as a Senior Developer. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Developer at Sweden Unlimited, starting in 2023. Andrew has a strong background in engineering and has also demonstrated expertise in software development.

Andrew Barclay received their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Victoria, where they studied from 2005 to 2010. In 2018, they also obtained a diploma in Web Development from Lighthouse Labs.
