Johanna Raynal has a diverse work experience in the field of sustainability and corporate responsibility. Earlier in their career, Johanna held a leadership role at Bergen Energi AB, where they managed cost management services in Finland and Sweden and was a member of the Swedish Management Team.

Johanna also gained valuable experience as a CSR trainee at WNS Global Services, conducting research on corporate social responsibility practices and NGOs operating in Mumbai. Johanna started their professional journey as the National Team Director at AIESEC in Finland, where they were responsible for financial planning and management.

Throughout their career, Johanna has demonstrated a commitment to sustainability and impact investments, with expertise in advising companies, managing teams, and handling financial responsibilities.

Johanna Raynal pursued their education at the University of Vaasa from 1997 to 2007, where they obtained a Master's degree in Corporate Finance.

Swedfund International AB is a principal investment firm specializing in direct and fund of fund investments. The firm does not invest in the Swedish businesses of Swedish companies and in companies that manufacture or sell weapons, tobacco or alcohol. It prefers to invest in seed, start-ups, and mid and late venture in mature and middle marketcompanies.
