Dr Ahmad Shah Pardis has a range of work experience in various roles and organizations. Dr Ahmad Shah most recently served as the Head of Health Programme at the Swedish Committee for Afghanistan starting in March 2018. Prior to this, they worked as a CBR Implementation Consultant at the Capacity Building for Results Program from February 2017 to February 2018. Dr Ahmad Shah also served as a Reform and Proposal Development Advisor at Capacity Building for Results (CBR)/MoF from June 2016 to February 2017. Furthermore, Dr Pardis held the position of Program Manager at the Youth Health and Development Organization (YHDO) from June 2015 to June 2016. Additionally, they worked as a Technical Advisor at Management Sciences for Health from December 2012 to May 2015. Prior to this, they served as a Pharmaceutical Donation Advisor at Health Partners International of Canada (HPIC) from June 2012 to December 2012. Dr Pardis also has experience working as a National Professional Officer at WHO from February 2009 to March 2012 and as a Senior Project Medical Officer (International Assignment) at Merln International, UK from November 2005 to January 2009. Finally, they worked as a National Health Education and Hygiene Promotion Manager at Aktion gegen den Hunger | Action contre la Faim from March 2003 to October 2005.
Dr Ahmad Shah Pardis pursued their education in Curative Medicine from 1995 to 2003 at Kabul Medical University, earning a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree.
