Daniel Kuzmycz

Daniel Kuzmycz, Ph.D., is an experienced behavioral health provider and consulting psychologist currently working at Swedish, where Daniel is involved in primary care behavioral health integration and leads initiatives to enhance depression treatment response. With a background in organizational strategy and design, Daniel has held senior management positions at Providence, focusing on workforce development and change management across a $21 billion health services organization. Prior roles include providing training and leadership development at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory and consulting for various organizations, including the Center for Creative Leadership. Daniel holds a Ph.D. in Consulting Psychology and a Master's degree in Organization Behavior from Alliant International University, along with certification as a coach.
